What is pre-order?
We get it – you can’t get enough of our Our Comfy Monkey collection! Sometimes our products sell out before the next batch reaches our fulfilment centre. When this happens, we offer pre-orders so you can reserve your favourite pattern in advance and make sure it’s yours as soon as it arrives.
How does shipping and delivery work?
You’ve placed an order – the sun is shining and an angelic choir is singing – now what?
Once you’ve made your order, please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pick and pack your items with care. If your order includes a pre-order item, your entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
Sometimes your order might be split between packages if it comes from different fulfilment locations across Sri Lanka – but don’t worry, they’ll still be shipped at the same time.
We now deliver exclusively with Fardar Express, our trusted delivery partner. Once shipped, your package should arrive safely within 2–8 business days.
Please note: Shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch.
How much do I pay for shipping?
If you’re located in Sri Lanka – absolutely nothing! We offer free standard shipping nationwide.
Note: We do not currently deliver overseas.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details.
If you haven’t received a confirmation yet, your order might include a pre-order item. Double-check your order confirmation email for the estimated dispatch date.
What is insured shipping?
If you choose insured shipping, and your package is lost or goes missing in transit, we’ll investigate with Fardar Express. If it’s confirmed lost or stolen, we’ll send a replacement right away at no additional cost to you.
Help! I think my order is lost or hasn’t been delivered.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 12 business days, get in touch with us. We'll contact Fardar Express and open an investigation on your behalf.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, they’re responsible for delivery. We’re always here to help and will work closely with them to resolve any issues for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Need to change your address? No problem – if your order hasn’t shipped yet, just contact us with the correct details and we’ll update it for you.
If it’s already shipped, you can still try redirecting it via our Customer Care Hotline.
Important: We can only deliver to the address you provide. If an incorrect address is entered and the package is delivered there, we can’t retrieve it – so please double-check before placing your order!
